Timeline of Events - 2nd Quarter of 2020
First is an indexed list of the events. Each item in the index has a brief outline. This indexed list of events is in chronological order. Each event item is provided with a link to a more detailed record of the event. These more detail records are arranged in chronological order below the list of indexed events on this same web page. Each detailed record of an event is provided with a link that links back to the original indexed event where the detailed record was linked to.
So that this information could be presented in order a scheme has been adopted to order indexed events and their associated detailed records. Each event is titled according to the time when it occured. In some cases events have occurred at the same time. For this reason events also have a number associated with them so that simultaneous events can be differentiated.
Hence if two emails were sent on July 4th, 2019 at 1:00pm, they would be given the titles:

Dear Central Ward Members:
I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. The prayers and thoughts of
the Bishopric are with you during this time of uncertainty surrounding
conditions related to COVID-19. I do have faith that Heavenly Father is aware
of you, his Hand is involved in guiding our lives, and that He will bless you
as you live the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
I very much enjoyed General Conference a few weeks ago. I encourage each of us
to study the instruction we received during the talks.
I asked Brandon Brown from our ward to share some of his thoughts about
General Conference. I have posted those thoughts on a new YouTube Channel
called "Central Ward News". Here is a link to Brandon's video -

quality of the video I uploaded.
The purpose of this YouTube Channel is to be a tool for us to connect during
these unusual times. I hope you will find this helpful and uplifting. Please
note that the video will only be available through the link.
I also, similar to Brandon, enjoyed so many of the talks during General
Conference. I have recently been studying Elder Gerrit W. Gong's talk,
"Hosanna and Hallelujah-The Living Jesus Christ: The Heart of of Restoration
and Easter." At the beginning of his talk, he referenced a scripture in John
16:33, which reads "In my ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have
tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." To me, this
really describes our current situation; we have so much tribulation around us,
and we can't escape that as participants in this mortal journey--but we
certainly have the the opportunity to have peace in our lives (I really like
the use of "might" and "shall" in the above verse). Despite our tribulations,
we have reason to cheer because Jesus overcame the world:
He suffered for each of us, and because of that painful process, we have a
Savior and an advocate;
He rose from the tomb, overcoming death, and providing a gift for each of
us to be resurrected; and
He Lives and knows us (and our sorrows and pains) individually!

Dear Bishop Reed and President Ross,
I have talked with President Ross about feelings I have had of being followed
or being under some type of surveillance. If you would consider the following,
it could be of great help to me and put my mind to rest.
It seems as if almost all the people in my apartment building at 209 W Jackson
have moved out. There seems to be only three or four people that have been
here since May of 2018. All the other people seem to be new.
I can't help feeling that I am under some kind of surveillance or being
followed. I also feel that there are people who are spreading false rumors
about me. There seems to be a pattern to it.
I will see some person and get an impression that they are going to take
responsibility for some kind of rumor about me.
The rumor could be about anything. I have felt that people have taken
responsibility for spreading rumors that I:
- do not like Hispanics,
- do not like black people,
- do not like black African-Americans,
- do not like foreigners,
- will not give money to street people,
- that I don't like children,
- that I am a child molester,
- that I am an anal rapist,
- do not like Arabs,
- do not like Jews,
- do not like people of LGBT persuasion,
- that I am a person of LGBT persuasion,
- that I am a Republican,
- that I don't give to certain charities,
- that I give to certain charities,
- that I don't talk about politics,
- that I don't make an effort to get to know people in my building,
- that I don't know anyone in my building,
- that I would not consider marrying a person of another race,
- and the list goes on ad infinitum
- in general,
- - I don't get along with specific groups of people,
- - I have some kind of fault.
But I feel I have come up with a way to stop the rumors. Please let me explain
how it seems to work.
Suppose someone is going to take responsibility for spreading the rumor that I
don't like black people from Africa. Usually what will happen is I will pass a
black African and I will get the impression that they are going to spread this
rumor. It doesn't matter if I say hello to them or not or if I am nice to them.
They will still take responsibility for spreading the rumor that I don't like
black African-Americans. When they take a look at me I get the impression that
they are trying to figure out if they can get away with taking responsibility
for starting the rumor, not if I have a real fault or not.
But I have a way of breaking up the rumor. If I can find them out, I will
speak to the person starting the rumor. If I cannot find them out, I will seek
out another black African-American and speak to them.
I will tell them that I think that there are a group of people who are
following me and I think that they are spreading rumors about me. I explain
that I feel they are spreading rumors that I don't like black African-
Americans or whatever fault it may be. Then I ask them that if there were such
a conspiracy and they knew about it, would they let me know about it?
After that I invite them to listen to a short testimony of Jesus Christ.
Sometimes I get the feeling that these people have some kind of tiny speaker
with a receiver in it in their ear and that they take directions from it.
Sometimes people are instructed to listen to a testimony although they really
don't want to. At those times I just tell them that Jesus loves them. This is
the case most of the time. Sometimes they don't want to hear a testimony at all.
In this case I just wish them a good day and go on about my business.
It seems to take more than one witness like it explains in Matthew 18:16. So I
find another person and speak the same things to them.
It was getting tiresome being approached by different people that might be
classified in different groups and then having to ask questions about that
specific group of people, but then I came up with an idea. I could use a sort
of blanketing group of question that would cover all groups of people.
I spoke to two people just as I did above, but this time I told them there was
a group of people following me who were spreading rumors that I don't get
along with different groups of people. And I asked them if they would let me
know if they knew of any such conspiracy to spread rumors about me. This
seemed to stop a lot of rumors.
But then I got the feeling that certain people were spreading the rumor that I
don't take the trouble to get to know people in my building. And there were
other rumors. But I had another idea to ask a different kind of question that
could cover all sorts of possibilities for rumors that could be circulated.
I have recently decided that it might be even more effective, if I spoke to a
priesthood authority about the problem and asked for help. And of course, I
need to speak to more than one person about the problem. Hence, I write to
President Ross as well.
So I am sure you will understand why I ask both of you the following questions
so that I can feel false rumors cannot be spread about me:
If you knew about any kind of rumor or conspiracy to spread a rumor about me,
you would tell me about it wouldn't you? I will assume you would.
If you knew about any people that were trying to make me unhappy, or confuse me,
mislead me, or give me a false impression about how the world sees me, or even
to give me a false impression about what is going on in the world, you would
let me know about it wouldn't you? I will assume, of course, that you would.
Lately I have the feeling that fellow tenants and passers-by are trying to
make me feel that I am not nice to people and that I need to be nice to them
to show them I am a good person. But I also have an impression that there is a
conspiracy to surround me with people that, if I were friendly, would work to
deceive me and even get me to do something bad so that the people following me
or watching me could justify isolating me from people that would be honest
friends.
I also have the impression these people try to surround me with people who
might try to be an honest friend, but that if I were to pursue an honest
friendship with them others would get them to betray me and cooperate with
them to make me appear to be a bad person. But I think these same people want
to influence me in a bad way to try to get me to disobey God's commandments
and the temple covenants I have made.
Would there be any point in trying to share the gospel under these
circumstances? Would you try to share the gospel with people under these
circumstances? Would you take any joy in trying to share the gospel or forge
friendships under these kinds of circumstances? Would you feel obligated to be
friendly under these circumstances? No, of course you wouldn't.
If you knew of any such conspiracy existing in my apartment building or
surroundings, you would let me know about it and do all you could do to stop
it wouldn't you? I will, of course, assume you would. Wouldn't you advise me
to avoid the type of people I have described? I will, of course, assume you
would.
I am sure there exists no conspiracy or people who would spread rumors about me,
thank you for considering my letter. Now that I have talked to you about it, I
know that there are no people following me or that have me under any kind of
surveillance or that are spreading rumors about me. It has made me feel so
much better to write this letter to you. Thank you for reading it.
Now another thing that I have felt works to dispel rumors and conspiracies
against me is to give a testimony of Jesus Christ. I can still remember being
inspired to do so in a sacrament meeting in which you, speaking of Bishop Reed,
spoke. You spoke of an uncle who would ask you how you hoped to grow in your
relationship with Christ in the coming year.
I also found your email this morning inspirational and enjoyed your reference
to Elder Gong's testimony in the recent General Conference. Coincidentally
enough there was a talk immediately following Elder Gong's by Elder Gary E.
Stevenson in which he asked members to think about the present work on the
Salt Lake temple's foundation and our personal foundations of faith. This led
me to think about not only my personal foundations of faith, but how I hope to
grow in my relationship with Jesus Christ in the coming year.
You may remember in a sacrament meeting I spoke about my first fast and
testimony meeting ever in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and
how I gave a testimony at that meeting. At that meeting I spoke of how I hoped
the gospel of Jesus Christ would be a foundation in my family. At another time
standing at the pulpit I hoped to speak of my feelings that I would yet marry
and start a family but President Ross intervened in the interests of time.
You may recall how I described, and I have described in my online testimony,
that I know the gospel can be a means of letting our family members know that
we love them. To me the gospel of Jesus Christ and the covenants that we make
to seal ourselves to our family members are a foundation to the love we bear
to our family members and a means of making and keeping that love known and
alive among our family members throughout eternity.
In the coming year I would like to grow in my relationship with Christ by
maintaining Church attendance so that I may gain a temple recommend. As you
already must know President Gordon B. Hinckley has promised that if we obey
the law of chastity, one of our temple covenants, our children will love us. I
know that the gospel of Jesus Christ and keeping the temple covenants I
already have made will work as a foundation of love in the family I hope to raise.
When I last spoke with Bishop Reed, he requested that I attend a joint
interview with the both of you, Bishop Reed and President Ross, before
attending meetings again.
As I have already written I have found that bearing a testimony of Jesus
Christ is a form of protection to me. I am concerned that there are people who
would bear false witness against me and that if I bear testimony of Jesus
Christ to the appropriate people, the undeniable truth that I am worthy to
attend Church meetings and gain a temple recommend will be born into your
hearts. I am presently working at locating and bearing testimony to all such
people.
Recently I received a phone call from Bobby Parker explaining that Bishop Reed
wished to know if there is anything he can do for us. It is my hope that
Bishop Reed and President Ross will both pray that all ["all" in emphasis using

my efforts to safeguard the truth of my individual worthiness and reputation are
successful and that in the coming year I will gain my temple recommend in a timely
fashion.
I hope you will also jointly pray that if there are people trying to mislead
me and get me to break my temple covenants, that they will be unsuccessful.

each day as well.

According the memo my neighbors have been complaining that I slam my cabinet
doors at all hours of the night. In writing and delivering this memo I'm sure
you are doing your duty as apartment manager to respond to those complaints
and request that I do not slam the doors of my cabinets, especially at night.
I am sorry to hear that my neighbors have been disturbed. I hope you will
convey to my neighbors my concern for them and my wishes that they should not
be disturbed as well as my willingness to comply with any requests to make
their occupancy in the 209 W Jackson apartments as comfortable as possible.
I am fully willing to cooperate with you and my fellow tenants in any
investigation of this problem so that the cause of these disturbances can be
uncovered and dealt with appropriately.
I know no other way to respond to these complaints than to deny that I make
any noise which is at a volume which would be heard by the apartments adjacent
to my own. I hold this to be true at any time, day or night.
I have always tried to keep the level of noise in my apartment at an
acceptable level and plan to continue to do so in the future. To be
considerate of my neighbors is how I choose to live my life.
I generally go to bed at 10:30pm and do not make a sound until around 5:45am
when I rise. I am a light sleeper and would wake up if there were any
seriously loud noises in the adjoining apartments. So it is very surprising to
me that anyone would have such a complaint against me or any of my neighbors
in the apartments adjacent to my own.
I hope this letter serves to convey my concern for the comfort of my fellow
tenants and my commitment to keep the levels of sound in my apartment at an
acceptable level as well as be considerate of my fellow tenants in all other
regards. I also hope this letter serves to convey my willingness to cooperate
in any investigation into the source of these unwelcome disturbances or any
other difficulties that may arise with my fellow tenants.

This is an email about Fletcher who is a Cleveland Browns fan, like me. The

link One of my favorite charities, outside of the Church, is the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ). I wouldn't call them Christians, but I feel a fellowship with them just like Christians. I would call them fellow God-believers or just believers. I find their emails particularly inspiring and I forward you one of their emails. I feel that the Jews and the leaders of the IFCJ have a testimony of Genesis 12:3, that God will bless those who bless Abraham's descendants, the Jews. I don't care if people at the IFCJ and the people they serve believe in Jesus or not. I know that they expect we will get the blessings that they get as we bless them in any way. There are many prophecies regarding the Jews in the Old Testament that both Christians and Jews believe. When I or we give to these charities, I feel the Jews know we believe that those prophecies will come true and that I or we want to help. I get the feeling that the Jews may not be concerned if we are right or not about there being a Jesus Christ, but they have faith that as we work towards fulfilling the prophecies regarding the Jews, like finding a home in the Holy Land, that we are working toward insuring a Holy Land for our own families. The IFCJ is organizing a fast on May 7th for the coronavirus pandemic that I thought I would let you know about. When I get inspirational messages like this I forwarded, I feel a connectedness and an understanding between good people and family members all around the world. Partly because I feel that we are all the children of Abraham in some way or related through Adam and Eve. I feel not only connected and loved of God, but that I am loved by many good people all around the world and that just as nothing can separate us from the love of God, nothing can separate us from that love of our fellow good people. I send these emails out because I think that all of you are truly extraordinary people. I'm sure that all of you often send out emails to the people you think are truly extraordinary people. I found it on the Dunlap and Magee website. By emailing you instead of leaving you a note, I can avoid printing out a lot of documents and save a lot of paper. Recently I signed my lease for the term of June 1st, 2020 to May 31st, 2021. Attached to this email you will find the documents I received that pertain to this coming year's lease. I found in my mailbox two groups of papers, each 18 pages long, along with a third group of papers, 11 pages long. The JPEG files of the first group of papers are labelled "First_Group_XX.jpg" where the XX will be a number from one to eighteen (ie First_Group_01.jpg, First_Group_02.jpg ... First_Group_18.jpg). The JPEG files of the second and third group are labelled "Second_Group_XX.jpg" and "Third_Group_XX.jpg" by the same scheme. Unfortunately, there are too many files to attach to this email. You can download the files easily by following the link: link Right click on "Lease_Agreement". Select "download" and you should have the files. Having read over the documents I would draw out three points. 1. The first page of the "First Group" of papers is entitled "Lease Agreement ". Down at the right hand bottom of the page it is labelled "Page 1 of 30". There appears to be no pages 5, 13-21, 24, 25 or 28. 2. Page 17 of the "First Group" (which would be file "First_Group_17.jpg") appears to be the last page of a group of 12 pages entitled "Community Policies". The "Third Group" of papers begins with a page entitled "Community Policies". I assume that this is referring to this "Third Group" of papers I recently received. Please note that on the first page of this "Third Group" of papers it explains that these policies were written in October of 2017. So that I can comply with these policies I assume this means you will distribute to me any revisions to the "Community Policies" whenever they should change. I assume this also means that the latest revision of "Community Policies" was in October of 2017. 3. Page 18 of the "First Group" (which would be file "First_Group_18.jpg") is presented upside down since that is how it appeared stapled to the remaining papers in the "First Group" of papers. It makes no sense and perhaps was included with the remaining papers as a mistake. Perhaps some other pages that would explain what it means were not included. So that I may know I am complying with the terms of the lease, please explain. So that all parties understand our agreement I ask that you go over the points I have made and explain them where necessary. I also ask that you go over all th e pages in all the groups of papers and make sure no pages or papers have been omitted by mistake. I seem to remember reading something in my previous lease agreement about firearms not being allowed in one's apartment. My memory may not serve me well . Perhaps there was nothing about firearms being barred in the last lease agreement. On page seven of the lease agreement ("First_Group_06.jpg") it mentions that tenants may not use firearms to threaten, intimidate or assault anyone, or discharge firearms. At any rate I would like to know if there is any policy against tenants owning and storing firearms in their apartments. On the whole I can say I am relatively satisfied with conditions and services during my stay at 209 W Jackson. Upon reading what I have of the lease agreement I can say I am anxious to comply (provided I know what it is in full) with my part of the lease agreement and look forward to residing here another year. He knows that his ministry is focused on the one, even if he is addressing a multitude. To accomplish this, Alma asks about 42 soul-searching questions to the group. The power of a good question cannot be overstated. I am always intrigued when the Lord or a prophet in the scriptures asks a question because it isn't typically due to them needing to know or learn something they didn't already know. Rather, it's for the effect that it can have the on the listener (or, in our case, the reader). It is as if he is speaking to each of us individually. The question is used to promote thought which invites the Spirit. I encourage everyone to read Alma 5 in the Book of Mormon and consider and answer the questions that are posed. Some of them include: Have ye been spiritually born of God?, Have you experienced this mighty change in your hearts?, Are ye stripped of pride?. Those questions posed more than 2,000 years ago are just as applicable today to us in our situation. So that my doctor may be influenced to declare me incompetent to take care of myself because I have a problem with authorities? Or all these things being done with the intent to foster in me a problem with dealing with authorities, so that unworthy priesthood holders could witness to my fellow members in the Central Ward that I have a problem with authority. (all perhaps with or without the aid of some unknown technology) If there were any such conspiracies, you would let me know about them and do everything within your power to stop them wouldn't you? I will assume you would. I feel better and am not worried about such rumors and conspiracies. I would like to consider a few groups of people: 1. People from perhaps oppressed countries, who are new to our country, and are not aware of the rights that our Constitution affords them and others. Those same people who might not understand the obligation they are under to defend the rights of others. Those same people that do not understand that if they do not step up to the plate and defend the constitutional rights of others, their own rights will be endangered. 2. People who are new to our country who will not honor their pledge to support the Constitution and our constitutional rights. 3. People who are serious criminals, like murderers, kidnappers, child molesters and extortionists. People who seek to commit anal rape and murder. 4. Other criminals that normally belong in jail. 5. People who are moral relativists. That is people who do not distinguish between right and wrong. As an example, someone who would continue to administer medication to a person after he continues to complain that the medication is making him feel suicidal. In this example, a doctor who could knowingly cause a potential suicide and have no misgivings about it. 6. People with very relaxed moral standards. People that know the difference between right and wrong, but choose to do wrong any way in very subtle ways. As an example, neglecting to protect the rights of others, like people that might know or suspect of a plot to anally rape someone or commit some other crime, but do nothing to alert those endangered or tell proper authorities. Or people who do nothing to insure proper authorities do their appointed duty. 7. People that would seek to entrap someone with criminal tendencies rather than to reform him. 8. Mentally ill people who cannot tell the difference between right and wrong. 9. People who have been so coerced and traumatized by interference in their daily lives by people in surveillance operations that they have developed a sort of Stockholm's syndrome where they do not know the difference between right and wrong anymore. 10. People that might be willing to do or say anything or take any instructions from a transmitter that is put into their ear and not understand the consequences for themselves or others. For example, people that would follow such instructions without understanding that they are responsible for all they do whether they are given instructions or not. For example, if person A told person B that person A would be responsible for any instructions that person B received and person A told person B to kill another person, in reality, if person B obeyed the instruction it would be person B who would really be held accountable. Hence, in reality, person B would be responsible for taking any instructions no matter what they were and person A would not be. Many people do not understand they are responsible for whatever they do whether they are taking instructions or commands or not. 11. People who might feel coerced by government agents who could potentially interfere with their livelihoods or that do interfere with their livelihoods. 12. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who believes in God. Should people who hate God and those who believe in God be allowed to work in positions of responsibility in such operations? 13. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves a watching and interfering with a certain person who is a member of a certain religion or faith or of a certain political persuasion or associates with a certain political party. Should people who hate those of that certain religion or faith or certain political persuasion or who associate with a certain political party be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have a political agenda or any agenda at all against a certain watched and interfered with person be involved in such operations? 14. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who seems to have the spirit of prophecy or other such manifestations of God's power should seem to be manifest in him. Should people who have a vested interest in proving their own religion or beliefs of how reality works be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have any interest in proving their own religion or beliefs of how reality works be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have a vested interest in disproving any such manifestations of God's power be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have any interest in disproving any such manifestations of God's power be allowed to work in such operations? 15. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves a watching and interfering with a person who is a member of some certain religion, ethnic group, minority, culture, or other persuasion. Should people who dislike or are prejudiced against that certain religion, ethnic group, minority, culture, or other persuasion be allowed to work in such operations? 16. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who some agent dislikes. Or supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who some agent is prejudiced in some way against that person. Should people who dislike or are prejudiced against a watched and interfered with person in some way be allowed to work in such operations? 17. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who is an enemy of a person not employed in the security operation. Suppose that a particular agent is very loyal to that non-employed person. Suppose the particular agent is loyal to the non-employed person to the point that he considers any enemy of the non-employed person an enemy to himself. Should such agents who will be an enemy to his friend's enemy (the non-employed person who is an enemy to the watched and interfered with person) be allowed to work in such operations? 18. There are people who belong to secret organizations in which they pledge to be loyal to their members, but keep their loyalties a secret. As far as I know there is no law against such organizations. Should such people be allowed to participate in US surveillance or US security operations? Isn't it possible that such people could have a loyalty as in case 16 that would make them ineligible to work in such operations? Shouldn't all people who belong to such organizations be required to disclose all their loyalties, public or secret, before being allowed to participate in such operations? Shouldn't all people who would work in US surveillance or national security operations be required to disclose if they belong to any such secret organizations or have made any such oaths or pledges? Shouldn't all parties who are unwilling to make such a disclosure be banned from participating in any such security operations? 19. There are people who belong to secret organizations in which they pledge to be loyal to their fellow members even so far as to call into question their duty to be loyal to their fellow citizens and government. Should such people be allowed to participate in US surveillance or US security operations? Should such people be allowed to work for the government in elected positions? Isn't taking an oath to such an organization an act which could require of them acts of sedition and treason? So wouldn't taking such an oath be considered a form of treason? If a person's life is protected by the laws of government, doesn't that person owe his life to his country and to fight for it if necessary? And shouldn't we stick to constitutional procedures for recruiting people to fight for our country? And if a person would deny his loyalty to his country, wouldn't that act potentially threaten the order of law and the protection of lives of all citizens in that country? Wouldn't that be a reasonable justification for the sentence of execution being leveled at anyone that would take an oath of loyalty that superseded the loyalty they owe to their country? Wouldn't this be grounds for execution or a denial of citizenship and ejection? Wouldn't this be grounds for revoking citizenship to people who don't keep the oath they made to the Constitution when they became citizens? Wouldn't this be grounds for ejecting any visitor on US soil if they failed to keep an oath to the Constitution while on US soil? Do you think the above groups of people as outlined should be trusted to work in US surveillance and other US security operations? I will assume you would not. You don't know of any government organization, or any organization for that matter, that would: 1. have a Church leader bar an innocent member from Church grounds, 2. have a member of the Church isolated from fellowship and any member or fellow citizen that would encourage him to live the gospel of the Church, be a good citizen or reform bad behavior, 3. have a member or leader in the Church offer to perform oral sex upon a fellow member to placate anal rapists who are offended by his chastity and wish to see him sexually humiliated, or have any member cooperate in any plans to sexually humiliate another member, 4. kidnap (or detain, essentially hold a person against his will without a writ of Habeus Corpus or due process of law) a Bishop or other priesthood holder or member and threaten him or her, also threatening to hold him or her indefinitely, in an effort to get him or her to comply with their wishes, 5. or withhold a temple recommend from a member, 6. or deny a member a priesthood blessing, 7. or censure a Church leader from publishing a video or any communication with a specific member in mind, 8. or that would interfere in a member's family relations in an effort to persuade the member's family relations to dislike their family members or avoid contact with them or to disrupt the harmony of the member's family relations, 9. or that would combine with other members and citizens to make a member appear to be a bad member, for instance, like not returning a greeting like God bless you from a tall woman that lives in his apartment building that has a gland problem, or combine with other citizens or members in elaborate schemes to make a member seem as if he would not ask for help if he needed it, or that he was not friendly, or that he lived in his own little world and could not be disturbed to pay attention to others, or that he didn't remember people, or had any other fault that would make a social relationship difficult, impossible or not worthwhile, 7. or that would work to aggravate his relations with authorities and people he does business with (for one example could be to make sure items he would buy are not available in the stores he frequents) so that he could become paranoid so that his doctors could be convinced to declare him incompetent to take care of himself do you? 8. that would prevent a priesthood leader from appointing an acting priesthood holder in place of another that was in the middle of a controversy and even to prevent him from doing so by the use of cruel and unusual punishment? 9. that would require members of the Church to allow agents of that organization into their homes by force, to question and even use cruel and unusual punishment without due process to get them to comply with their plans and wishes, to react with violence when those members would bear testimony of Jesus Christ, to coerce members to be silent about the organizations violating members rights to safety in their law-abiding homes and constitutional fourth amendment rights of due process before having the privacy of their homes invaded and are held prisoners in their own homes along with many other citizens of Phoenix? 10. that would seek to have priesthood holders prove an innocent member guilty of a serious crime and then to falsify evidence that that innocent member was killed in a struggle to escape when the member was actually brutally murdered in cold blood at a Church meetinghouse with the knowledge and cooperation as well as approval of Central Ward priesthood leaders? 11. that would use technology to gain access to people's thoughts without due process of law? Wouldn't the abuse of such technology be illegal according to the Fourth Amendment, just as illegal wiretapping of phone calls and other means of listening to private conversations? Wouldn't this be a clear violation of violating Fourth Amendment rights covering unreasonable search and seizures that require due processes like search warrants? Shouldn't such searches be declared unconstitutional and the perpetrators be punished? 12. that would use technology to put impressions and thoughts into another person's mind? Wouldn't that be another violation of Fourth Amendment rights and the guilty parties should be punished? 13. what about technologies that could make a person feel the physical manifestations of fear or if there were technologies that could control a person's actions? Wouldn't that be a form of physical molestation? Shouldn't the punishment for such a crime be rather severe like the penalty for sexual molestation? It used to be that the penalty for sexual molestation and rape was death. Isn't that a fair penalty? Shouldn't the penalty for attempted rape and plotting to molest and rape others be a severe penalty as well, sometimes ruling death a punishment? 14. that would use technologies to affect a person's sexual organs to cause sexual arousal or use technologies to make a person sleep while doctors masturbated them in a mental hospital like Valleywise Behavioral Health Center? Shouldn't the penalty for such a crime be death or something close to it? Shouldn't knowing about such a crime and being silent about it be punishable by death or something close to it like life imprisonment? 15. that would participate in isolating a person who is being watched and interfered with and starving them of eye contact so that such a person would be lonely and more sexually approachable? 16. that would attempt to sexually humiliate a member or get a member to break the law of chastity? 17. that would meddle with or restrict people that have records of my deceased family member, Mac Haserot, and would keep them from doing the temple work of my ancestors, 18. that would prevent me from receiving uninterfered with (or open) communications from those in a political party or other citizens who would openly advise me how I might be more politically effective and active, especially in rooting out corruption in our government, 19. that would prevent me from receiving uninterfered with (or open) communications from those in the Church or other citizens who would openly advise me how I might be more spiritually effective and active in and out of the Church, especially in rooting out corruption in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 20. that would prevent me from receiving uninterfered with (or open) communications from those I love or are family members or even the general public that might express encouragement in doing what is right, sympathy in opinions or attitudes or faith, or other forms of affection, 21. that would combine with satanists, those in witches covens or other professed enemies of Christians to impede my progress and activities as a Christian or as a good citizen, 22. that would publish, without my being able to learn of it or verify it so that I might sue for slander or libel, that I am a terrorist or some kind of bad person without giving me any kind of due process or fair trial (in such a situation I can assume that you would want me to get a fair trial, wouldn't you? I will assume you would, thank you.), 23. that would isolate me from the public and construct elaborate plans to generate witnesses to convince the general public or the local Central Ward Saints that I am not a good missionary, a good member, that I won't ask for help, that I am in a world all my own and do not recognize or relate to those around me, that I am unsociable, that I don't remember people that interact with me, that I don't respond to people who talk of God, that I am so bad that I am beyond reform, or that it is otherwise not worthwhile to maintain a relationship with me in any way, 24. that would interfere with a person's sources of information like the news and internet so that he would only have access to information that the organization wished him to have, 25. that would use servicemen as witnesses of a person's thoughts using some unknown technology and if any of those servicemen witnessed thought that they didn't want him to witness, they would hold him indefinitely and treat him with cruel and unusual punishment (like a serviceman that I saw inside where they distribute clothing at the last time I went to the food bank {6-2-20]), 26. that would use cruel and unusual punishment as defined in Webster's 1828 Dictionary, willing to torment, vex or afflict, that is, with the intent to cause pain, grief or distress, 27. that would use people who know how to use black magic or witchcraft to make a person lose their appetite or harm then in some other way, 28. that would hold a mentally ill person's medication from him? Do you think that being in the employ of any such organization or associating with any such organization, or knowing of any such organization and remaining silent to proper authorities would be grounds for having one's name stricken from the records of the Church? Do you think that knowing of any such organization or associating with any such organization or knowing of any such organization and remaining silent to proper authorities or not seeing to it proper authorities did their duty regarding such an organization would be grounds for having one's name stricken from the records of the Church? Do you think that being in the employ of any such organization or associating with any such organization, or knowing of any such organization and remaining silent to proper authorities in some of these cases would be grounds for imprisonment and in some cases execution? When I meet fellow members of the Church, I like to share with them a brief testimony of Jesus Christ and how I would like to grow in my relationship with Jesus Christ in the coming year. In the coming year I would like to increase my capacity to love and to be able to receive revelation, to "Hear Him" as President Nelson would say. I feel that capacity will increase as I occasionally throughout my day kneel and concentrate on His love for me. By the way, if you knew of anyone scheming to make me look like I was a bad missionary or I was not active enough in local politics, you would let me know about it wouldn't you? I will assume you would. Also, if you knew of a political candidate, who was a member of the Church, that would use a staged missionary opportunity with a fellow politician to make a fellow member look like he was a bad missionary or not active in politics, you would let me know about it wouldn't you? I will assume you would. Or if you knew of a political candidate, who was a member of the Church, that would participate in a staged missionary opportunity with a fellow politician simply to please government agents, corrupt priesthood holders, or anyone else, you would let me know about it wouldn't you? I will assume you would. The following are a few questions I recently asked my Bishop. Would you consider looking at them? If you knew of any parties, like for instance President Trump or even yourself or any government agents or even private parties, that were: conspiring to keep people from contacting me that might wish to volunteer to work for me in any effort for me to be elected to public office, including people that might wish to check my spelling for me, or conspiring to keep people from contacting me that might wish to advise me in any effort for me to run for public office, including people who would advise me how to run for office more effectively, You would let me know about it and do everything in your power to stop it wouldn't you? conspiring to make me unhappy or to influence how I think, 1. by interfering with my internet speed and causing slow downs when I am watching videos or trying to view a web page, 2. by placing street people outside of the building where I live and causing them to make a lot of noise as a disturbance, 3. by using technology to make me hear things that aren't there or to give me impressions, 4. by using technology to have sounds come from the apartments around me and to have them come at times when I might doubt or fear so that I would be afraid to think or believe in something parties might not want me to think or believe in, 5. by filling up my apartment building with agents who corrupt government agents as well as others would have me be unhappy and combine in schemes to make me unhappy and lonely and otherwise mislead me, 6. by taking control of the central Phoenix area and other places that I might go and coercing fellow citizens with whom I might meet to cooperate in corrupt government agent's plans to make me unhappy and combine in schemes to make me unhappy and lonely and otherwise mislead me, conspiring to keep me from getting accurate information from internet searches and sites, 1. like the following quote several internet sites purport to be true according to my searches from Thomas Edison, "The strength of the Constitution lies in the will of the people to defend it", 2. or like google maps information that show that the Rio Grande is dried up, 3. or like google maps data that says that a road immediately north of the ICM food bank at 501 S 9th Avenue isn't there, conspiring to give me trouble with authorities, for example: 1. like the White House contact form for President Trump changing to something entirely different and back again, 2. like making the Phoenix police report website not work properly so that I can not get a police report online in a timely fashion, 3. like policemen or corrupt government agents that I talk to on the phone about getting a police report telling me that they are not policemen and don't have a badge number, 4. like policemen or corrupt government agents telling me on the phone that an officer has to review my police report and that it why it takes so long, when the police report is already drawn up and does not need any input from a police officer, 5. like having the Phoenix Police department take up to 90 days to provide me with a police report that should be available online and that I have been able to download quickly in the past online, 6. like having my landlady, Billi Hocking, take an indefinite amount of time to respond to my written questions about my lease or giving them to her secretary Karen Rodriguez who responds by not answering my questions in full, 7. like having my doctors purposely deny me services that I desire, 8. like molesting my psychiatrist sexually so that he is a child molester so that I might feel that they are untrustworthy and that I will not be comfortable with them, 9. like arranging to have my pharmacy give me incorrect amounts of medication so I have to come in to see my psychiatrist ahead of schedule, 10. like intercepting all my phone calls and being troublesome when I seek help or information, all these things being done with the intent of driving me to paranoia and have a problem with authorities. So that my doctor may be influenced to declare me incompetent to take care of myself because I have a problem with authorities? Or all these things being done with the intent to foster in me a problem with dealing with authorities, so that unworthy priesthood holders could witness to my fellow members in the Central Ward that I have a problem with authority. (all perhaps with or without the aid of some unknown technology) If there were any such conspiracies, you would let me know about them and do everything within your power to stop them wouldn't you? I will assume you would. I feel better and am not worried about such rumors and conspiracies. I would like to consider a few groups of people: 1. People from perhaps oppressed countries, who are new to our country, and are not aware of the rights that our Constitution affords them and others. Those same people who might not understand the obligation they are under to defend the rights of others. Those same people that do not understand that if they do not step up to the plate and defend the constitutional rights of others, their own rights will be endangered. 2. People who are new to our country who will not honor their pledge to support the Constitution and our constitutional rights. 3. People who are serious criminals, like murderers, kidnappers, child molesters and extortionists. People who seek to commit anal rape and murder. 4. Other criminals that normally belong in jail. 5. People who are moral relativists. That is people who do not distinguish between right and wrong. As an example, someone who would continue to administer medication to a person after he continues to complain that the medication is making him feel suicidal. In this example, a doctor who could knowingly cause a potential suicide and have no misgivings about it. 6. People with very relaxed moral standards. People that know the difference between right and wrong, but choose to do wrong any way in very subtle ways. As an example, neglecting to protect the rights of others, like people that might know or suspect of a plot to anally rape someone or commit some other crime, but do nothing to alert those endangered or tell proper authorities. Or people who do nothing to insure proper authorities do their appointed duty. 7. People that would seek to entrap someone with criminal tendencies rather than to reform him. 8. Mentally ill people who cannot tell the difference between right and wrong. 9. People who have been so coerced and traumatized by interference in their daily lives by people in surveillance operations that they have developed a sort of Stockholm's syndrome where they do not know the difference between right and wrong anymore. 10. People that might be willing to do or say anything or take any instructions from a transmitter that is put into their ear and not understand the consequences for themselves or others. For example, people that would follow such instructions without understanding that they are responsible for all they do whether they are given instructions or not. For example, if person A told person B that person A would be responsible for any instructions that person B received and person A told person B to kill another person, in reality, if person B obeyed the instruction it would be person B who would really be held accountable. Hence, in reality, person B would be responsible for taking any instructions no matter what they were and person A would not be. Many people do not understand they are responsible for whatever they do whether they are taking instructions or commands or not. 11. People who might feel coerced by government agents who could potentially interfere with their livelihoods or that do interfere with their livelihoods. 12. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who believes in God. Should people who hate God and those who believe in God be allowed to work in positions of responsibility in such operations? 13. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves a watching and interfering with a certain person who is a member of a certain religion or faith or of a certain political persuasion or associates with a certain political party. Should people who hate those of that certain religion or faith or certain political persuasion or who associate with a certain political party be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have a political agenda or any agenda at all against a certain watched and interfered with person be involved in such operations? 14. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who seems to have the spirit of prophecy or other such manifestations of God's power should seem to be manifest in him. Should people who have a vested interest in proving their own religion or beliefs of how reality works be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have any interest in proving their own religion or beliefs of how reality works be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have a vested interest in disproving any such manifestations of God's power be allowed to work in such operations? Should people who have any interest in disproving any such manifestations of God's power be allowed to work in such operations? 15. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves a watching and interfering with a person who is a member of some certain religion, ethnic group, minority, culture, or other persuasion. Should people who dislike or are prejudiced against that certain religion, ethnic group, minority, culture, or other persuasion be allowed to work in such operations? 16. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who some agent dislikes. Or supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who some agent is prejudiced in some way against that person. Should people who dislike or are prejudiced against a watched and interfered with person in some way be allowed to work in such operations? 17. Supposing a US surveillance or US security operation involves watching and interfering with a person who is an enemy of a person not employed in the security operation. Suppose that a particular agent is very loyal to that non-employed person. Suppose the particular agent is loyal to the non-employed person to the point that he considers any enemy of the non-employed person an enemy to himself. Should such agents who will be an enemy to his friend's enemy (the non-employed person who is an enemy to the watched and interfered with person) be allowed to work in such operations? 18. There are people who belong to secret organizations in which they pledge to be loyal to their members, but keep their loyalties a secret. As far as I know there is no law against such organizations. Should such people be allowed to participate in US surveillance or US security operations? Isn't it possible that such people could have a loyalty as in case 16 that would make them ineligible to work in such operations? Shouldn't all people who belong to such organizations be required to disclose all their loyalties, public or secret, before being allowed to participate in such operations? Shouldn't all people who would work in US surveillance or national security operations be required to disclose if they belong to any such secret organizations or have made any such oaths or pledges? Shouldn't all parties who are unwilling to make such a disclosure be banned from participating in any such security operations? 19. There are people who belong to secret organizations in which they pledge to be loyal to their fellow members even so far as to call into question their duty to be loyal to their fellow citizens and government. Should such people be allowed to participate in US surveillance or US security operations? Should such people be allowed to work for the government in elected positions? Isn't taking an oath to such an organization an act which could require of them acts of sedition and treason? So wouldn't taking such an oath be considered a form of treason? If a person's life is protected by the laws of government, doesn't that person owe his life to his country and to fight for it if necessary? And shouldn't we stick to constitutional procedures for recruiting people to fight for our country? And if a person would deny his loyalty to his country, wouldn't that act potentially threaten the order of law and the protection of lives of all citizens in that country? Wouldn't that be a reasonable justification for the sentence of execution being leveled at anyone that would take an oath of loyalty that superseded the loyalty they owe to their country? Wouldn't this be grounds for execution or a denial of citizenship and ejection? Wouldn't this be grounds for revoking citizenship to people who don't keep the oath they made to the Constitution when they became citizens? Wouldn't this be grounds for ejecting any visitor on US soil if they failed to keep an oath to the Constitution while on US soil? Do you think the above groups of people as outlined should be trusted to work in US surveillance and other US security operations? I will assume you would not. You don't know of any government organization, or any organization for that matter, that would: 1. have a Church leader bar an innocent member from Church grounds, 2. have a member of the Church isolated from fellowship and any member or fellow citizen that would encourage him to live the gospel of the Church, be a good citizen or reform bad behavior, 3. have a member or leader in the Church offer to perform oral sex upon a fellow member to placate anal rapists who are offended by his chastity and wish to see him sexually humiliated, or have any member cooperate in any plans to sexually humiliate another member, 4. kidnap (or detain, essentially hold a person against his will without a writ of Habeus Corpus or due process of law) a Bishop or other priesthood holder or member and threaten him or her, also threatening to hold him or her indefinitely, in an effort to get him or her to comply with their wishes, 5. or withhold a temple recommend from a member, 6. or deny a member a priesthood blessing, 7. or censure a Church leader from publishing a video or any communication with a specific member in mind, 8. or that would interfere in a member's family relations in an effort to persuade the member's family relations to dislike their family members or avoid contact with them or to disrupt the harmony of the member's family relations, 9. or that would combine with other members and citizens to make a member appear to be a bad member, for instance, like not returning a greeting like God bless you from a tall woman that lives in his apartment building that has a gland problem, or combine with other citizens or members in elaborate schemes to make a member seem as if he would not ask for help if he needed it, or that he was not friendly, or that he lived in his own little world and could not be disturbed to pay attention to others, or that he didn't remember people, or had any other fault that would make a social relationship difficult, impossible or not worthwhile, 7. or that would work to aggravate his relations with authorities and people he does business with (for one example could be to make sure items he would buy are not available in the stores he frequents) so that he could become paranoid so that his doctors could be convinced to declare him incompetent to take care of himself do you? 8. that would prevent a priesthood leader from appointing an acting priesthood holder in place of another that was in the middle of a controversy and even to prevent him from doing so by the use of cruel and unusual punishment? 9. that would require members of the Church to allow agents of that organization into their homes by force, to question and even use cruel and unusual punishment without due process to get them to comply with their plans and wishes, to react with violence when those members would bear testimony of Jesus Christ, to coerce members to be silent about the organizations violating members rights to safety in their law-abiding homes and constitutional fourth amendment rights of due process before having the privacy of their homes invaded and are held prisoners in their own homes along with many other citizens of Phoenix? 10. that would seek to have priesthood holders prove an innocent member guilty of a serious crime and then to falsify evidence that that innocent member was killed in a struggle to escape when the member was actually brutally murdered in cold blood at a Church meetinghouse with the knowledge and cooperation as well as approval of Central Ward priesthood leaders? 11. that would use technology to gain access to people's thoughts without due process of law? Wouldn't the abuse of such technology be illegal according to the Fourth Amendment, just as illegal wiretapping of phone calls and other means of listening to private conversations? Wouldn't this be a clear violation of violating Fourth Amendment rights covering unreasonable search and seizures that require due processes like search warrants? Shouldn't such searches be declared unconstitutional and the perpetrators be punished? 12. that would use technology to put impressions and thoughts into another person's mind? Wouldn't that be another violation of Fourth Amendment rights and the guilty parties should be punished? 13. what about technologies that could make a person feel the physical manifestations of fear or if there were technologies that could control a person's actions? Wouldn't that be a form of physical molestation? Shouldn't the punishment for such a crime be rather severe like the penalty for sexual molestation? It used to be that the penalty for sexual molestation and rape was death. Isn't that a fair penalty? Shouldn't the penalty for attempted rape and plotting to molest and rape others be a severe penalty as well, sometimes ruling death a punishment? 14. that would use technologies to affect a person's sexual organs to cause sexual arousal or use technologies to make a person sleep while doctors masturbated them in a mental hospital like Valleywise Behavioral Health Center? Shouldn't the penalty for such a crime be death or something close to it? Shouldn't knowing about such a crime and being silent about it be punishable by death or something close to it like life imprisonment? 15. that would participate in isolating a person who is being watched and interfered with and starving them of eye contact so that such a person would be lonely and more sexually approachable? 16. that would attempt to sexually humiliate a member or get a member to break the law of chastity? 17. that would meddle with or restrict people that have records of my deceased family member, Mac Haserot, and would keep them from doing the temple work of my ancestors, 18. that would prevent me from receiving uninterfered with (or open) communications from those in a political party or other citizens who would openly advise me how I might be more politically effective and active, especially in rooting out corruption in our government, 19. that would prevent me from receiving uninterfered with (or open) communications from those in the Church or other citizens who would openly advise me how I might be more spiritually effective and active in and out of the Church, especially in rooting out corruption in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 20. that would prevent me from receiving uninterfered with (or open) communications from those I love or are family members or even the general public that might express encouragement in doing what is right, sympathy in opinions or attitudes or faith, or other forms of affection, 21. that would combine with satanists, those in witches covens or other professed enemies of Christians to impede my progress and activities as a Christian or as a good citizen, 22. that would publish, without my being able to learn of it or verify it so that I might sue for slander or libel, that I am a terrorist or some kind of bad person without giving me any kind of due process or fair trial (in such a situation I can assume that you would want me to get a fair trial, wouldn't you? I will assume you would, thank you.), 23. that would isolate me from the public and construct elaborate plans to generate witnesses to convince the general public or the local Central Ward Saints that I am not a good missionary, a good member, that I won't ask for help, that I am in a world all my own and do not recognize or relate to those around me, that I am unsociable, that I don't remember people that interact with me, that I don't respond to people who talk of God, that I am so bad that I am beyond reform, or that it is otherwise not worthwhile to maintain a relationship with me in any way, 24. that would interfere with a person's sources of information like the news and internet so that he would only have access to information that the organization wished him to have, 25. that would use servicemen as witnesses of a person's thoughts using some unknown technology and if any of those servicemen witnessed thought that they didn't want him to witness, they would hold him indefinitely and treat him with cruel and unusual punishment (like a serviceman that I saw inside where they distribute clothing at the last time I went to the food bank {6-2-20]), 26. that would use cruel and unusual punishment as defined in Webster's 1828 Dictionary, willing to torment, vex or afflict, that is, with the intent to cause pain, grief or distress, 27. that would use people who know how to use black magic or witchcraft to make a person lose their appetite or harm then in some other way, 28. that would hold a mentally ill person's medication from him? Do you think that being in the employ of any such organization or associating with any such organization, or knowing of any such organization and remaining silent to proper authorities would be grounds for having one's name stricken from the records of the Church? Do you think that knowing of any such organization or associating with any such organization or knowing of any such organization and remaining silent to proper authorities or not seeing to it proper authorities did their duty regarding such an organization would be grounds for having one's name stricken from the records of the Church? Are you willing to commit to all these things: 1. seeing that your friend and fellow legislator, Jay Lawrence, prays to know the Book of Mormon is true, 2. reads the Book of Mormon, 3. see that he will commit to let the missionaries help him come unto Christ, 4. see that he has a testimony of everything he needs in order to pass a baptismal interview, 5. see that he gains a testimony of everything he needs to gain a temple recommend, 6. stay in touch with him and see that his faith continues to grow throughout his life and that he continues to be worthy to pass a temple recommend interview, 7. if you don't live nearby him or he moves away, would you call him twice a year and see that he is keeping his temple covenants? 8. your friend Jay wrote that he enjoyed the history in the Book of Mormon, would you commit to tell him that it is much more than that, that he can get a greater testimony of the atonement of Jesus Christ from the Book of Mormon than from any other book? Do you think anyone who is not willing to commit to do these things for a potential convert is a good missionary? Your friend Jay also wrote that he would never allow changes to the Constitution except those that are appropriate and allowed by the Constitution. That is not much of a commitment considering that as long as constitutional procedures are followed, the entire document can be amended. In one of my favorite verses in the Doctrine and Covenants, the Lord instructs: Let thy bowels also be full of charity towards all men, and to the household of faith, and let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly; then shall thy confidence wax strong in the presence of God; and the doctrine of the priesthood shall distill upon thy soul as the dews from heaven. The Holy Ghost shall be thy constant companion, and thy scepter an unchanging scepter of righteousness and truth; and thy dominion shall be an everlasting dominion, and without compulsory means it shall flow unto thee forever and ever. (D&C 121:45-46) I know that this is true. I invite each of you to take time to study and learn about the Doctrine of the Priesthood. As I have been doing my best to learn my responsibilities as an Elder, the Lord has blessed me with promptings to serve others. Acting on these promptings, I have been able to see the Lord's hand work in my life and in the lives of others. I have come to realize that the priesthood truly is God's power. This has been a life changing and humbling experience. As you learn about the priesthood, I promise that the Lord will bless you with inspiration on how to serve Him and magnify the various callings that you have as husbands, fathers, ministering brothers, etc. As you act on the promptings that you receive, you will see miracles and realize that the priesthood is God' s power. We are so fortunate to live in a time and in a place where the priesthood is available to us. To make the letter short and get right to the heart of the matter: I often worry about people or groups of people that would plot against a person to get them to break the law of chastity. For the sake of promoting chastity among our fellow members in the Church do you think it is appropriate to ask the following in a baptismal or temple recommend interview: Do you belong to any ethnicity or group of people that would expect you to do anything against the gospel, like for instance, plotting to isolate a person in the hopes of making him or her so lonely that they would be willing to break the law of chastity in exchange for attention and companionship? If you belonged to any ethnicity or group of people that had such expectations, would you be willing to renounce participation in any such expectations, because you believe in promoting the law of chastity? I will assume that you would ask any reasonable question to promote the observance of the law of chastity including asking such questions among Latter-day Saints and other good people.
